Otis woke up naked. That wasn't unusual in and of itself but as he opened his eyes, it became abundantly clear that he was not somewhere familiar. He stood up quickly, his eyes falling on the pile of clothes and he picked it up, quickly discovering that it's a toga and definitely nothing like he might usually wear.
"What the fuck," he muttered, was this a prank? It was elaborate even for the fire house. He decided the toga was better than nudity and slipped it on. By the time he'd managed to figure it out there were bells and a voice. Otis' frown deepened the further along the voice droned on. Jesus someone liked the sound of their own voice? Somehow, Otis had the sense to at least not say that out loud.
He reached up and felt the collar at his neck and he still wondered how the guys had pulled off such an elaborate prank because that seemed more reasonable than the truth. But he looked around. He wasn't the only one... He furrowed his brow and finally moved towards another person.
"This is a joke, right?"

[ Making videos is nothing new to Otis and given how everything else is a bit unfamiliar he falls back on this familiar thing. He sets the camera up and starts recording. It'll just be a simple video, just a greeting and that's that. He could come up with more elaborate ideas once he's been around longer. ]
Hello. This is Otis. I'm not sure what to make of this place. I half think I've gone crazy, never seen anything like it. What do you make of it? Have you been here long?
Hope to meet some folks soon. [ He can take a lot of things but one thing Otis has always needed is attention, an audience even if it ended up being a mocking one. ]
