Jean was really trying to fight what she was feeling, was trying to stay loyal. Logan wasn't making it easy and she was positive that he knew that. Wherever they were, Scott wasn't and well, Logan just wasn't making this easy for her.

Her eyebrows drew together and she looked back to him. "So he's powerful, that doesn't mean that we have to take what he's doing." She was trying to keep a grasp on some anger, anything to keep her from succumbing to what she was feeling. "Since when have you ever let anyone tell you what to do. I'd have thought you'd be tearing this place apart trying to get his hold done with."

Maybe she was being mean, but, she had to be because it would be so easy to just not care about anything but him at the moment.
