A bare figure lies still on the floor, scaly blue skin contrasting sharply with the marble beneath her. For a long moment she's completely still, but then yellow eyes snap open abruptly and narrow, sharklike as they take in her surroundings, watching and listening to see if she was being observed.
Satisfied that she wasn't, the blue woman rose to her feet with an almost inhuman fluidity, looking around to try and work out where she is. The sudden booming voice had her dropping into a combat stance, her lithe blue body paused whipchord tight waiting for an attack, only to relax as she realised one would not come.
The voice explained a lot and nothing at the same time. Questions filled her mind but this was not the time or place for them, better to make her exit now before anyone came to investigate the commotion. Striding for the exit, the blue woman headed out to explore, the toga and sandals left untouched on the floor behind her.
Summer Solstice
Bare feet carry her down to the beach, a combination of her powers and decades of experience letting her remain unobserved in the shadows. Dimmed yellow orbs swept over the beach, taking in every interaction, memorising faces, trying to gauge relationships, anything to work out what was going on here.
The figure in the shadows rippled, and a moment later a very attractive blonde in similar beachwear walked down towards the waterline, toeing her now sandled foot idly through the waterline once she got there, walking casually along the waterfront, watching and listening to the assembled people without appearing to.

Excuse me, I've just arrived here, can someone tell me what's going on?" The question comes from the same blonde woman as who had earlier been on the beach, who promptly fumbles with the communicator, showing how unfamiliar she is with it, almost dropping the thing before she manages to steady it. Looking apologetic, she steadies it, her light and airy voice tinged with just enoughworry.
"I've just arrived, and got that bizarre message about a god and there's this collar thing that won't come off. Can anyone help?"
Wildcard
There's a really very stunning blonde woman wandering around, looking deliberately a little lost, why not go talk to her?
