Adrian had woken up in the temple disoriented and with nothing but a red toga to drape over himself and that was not the way to start a day (or night). Since Sydney had been kidnapped by the Alchemists for re-education, he'd been drinking more to stave off the negative effects of Spirit and he guessed it had finally taken a toll. Great. Wonderful.
