Toga Party/Wandering

The blue toga and sandals had been the only item of clothes Steve had seen when he woke up in the temple, well that and the damn collar. He had managed to wrap himself up with some dignity, though he really wished to ask why they had to wear these instead of whatever they were wearing when they arrived. But first things first, see what's the lay of the land and who might else be here.

option 1. reconnitering from the temple to the toga party area.

It's hard to not notice a tall, blond man in a blue toga, and that toga barely covering his muscles and important bits. He's trying to ignore that fact that he's wearing fewer clothes than he has ever had, even to bed and he is out in public. But he's on a mission, and Steve's not going to let impending loss of modesty interfere with the mission.

option 2. At the toga party.
Steve's at the toga party, staying on the edges, his arms crosses over his chest. He's not drinking or eating, not trusting anything unless someone he already trusts tells him it's okay. He's Captain America. He can cope. The toga's having a hard time covering him, though.

Wildcard

If he isn't at the party, he's likely exploring the island and can be found visiting the various districts from the 2nd to the 4th as well as checking out the local scenic sights. Look for the grumpy tall man barely covered by his blue toga. They must have given him a smaller one or something in the temple.
