ARRIVAL: Your character wakes up in a temple completely naked except for the collar around their neck. Near the spot they wake up is a pile of clothing that is NOT what your character was wearing before they woke up. When they unfold the clothing they will find it's a toga and that there's a pair of sandals under it. Too bad, that's all there is. Perhaps your character is curious and leaves the temple or maybe they activate their device (accidentally or on purpose).

TOGA PARTY: Eros thinks that a party is what's needed to welcome everyone! This event is held on the beach in the Second District and everyone is welcome! Just be sure to wear your toga (HAHA)! There are large silk tents that are filled with pillows for characters to lounge on. There's food (think Greek) and lots to drink! Eros wants everyone to have fun and get to know each other! So eat, drink and mingle!!

NETWORK:Everyone is provided with a communication device that gives them access to an island-wide network. These can be used for so many things! Send pictures of the drunk guy at the bar, your boobs or whatever you want!!

WILDCARD: There are forests, mountains, marketplaces, all sorts of places to go and explore on the island. Ideas for settings can be found on the locations pages!

[Anyone who remembers this familiar face from Atia's island will see he's older, now, though, perhaps not by a great deal. A few years, but he was a guest in Atia's demesne longer than anyone else, almost seven years.]

Hello. My name is Ishida Uryu.

I am given to understand that all of us arrived here under the same conditions. While there are some practical limitations due to available materials, I am offering my services as a tailor for anyone that desires to commission clothing, including but not limited to duplicates of favorite outfits from home. I will, of course, require compensation in order to cover the costs of materials.

Further, while the medical facilities appear suspiciously sophisticated, much like these devices, in comparison to the rest of local available technology, I am available to offer my services as a general practitioner with extensive first-hand experience in first aid to anyone reluctant to trust Pathema's native medical professionals or wishing for a second opinion.

... It's been my experience that the two skills aren't mutually exclusive. [Honestly, they aren't even his main class. That's exorcist. Or archer, perhaps. Either way, tailoring, medical expertise... those, for him, are secondary skills. Anyone can take ranks in Craft (tailoring) and Heal.]

A goddess has needs. [Saying that again, just to make sure he heard that right. He seems... skeptical. He comes from a world where he has seen the afterlife, after all, and found no divinities, no god above it all, only psychopomps.]

She's either going all in, she really believes it what she claims, whether it's true or not.] Could you be more specific regarding the details? Design, color? [Blue, he'd imagine. It does seem to be her predominant color scheme.]

[Traditionally, he thinks, hagoromo are feathered kimonos. Replicating that would be quite the challenge... not that he doesn't enjoy a challenge, but he's somewhat dubious as to whether a tennin would bother carrying around the available funds to cover the raw materials. Then again, she is gesturing towards her neck, like she's thinking of something more akin to a scarf – if they are from different worlds, which he isn't convinced of, perhaps there are differences in the details of Japanese Buddhism between his world and hers. After all, if she's truly a divnity, there would actually be celestial beings in her reality. Perhaps the religious practices there are simply more accurate.]

There might always be a way to convince him to lower the price like crying or making a big to-do in public and, even if not, she'd just have to work harder. If you can't be divine anymore, you still have to look it! ]

In 3e I guess if you took a flaw to get a feat you could sack the flaw instead of getting a new feat

Certainly, it's within my abilities. [He pauses, grimacing. He hates saying this, because he's always held greed in a degree of distaste, but the simple fact of the matter is that if the funds aren't there, then they won't be able to get the necessary raw materials.] Silk isn't inexpensive, however.

I'm certain you'll get a lot of requests for your services as a tailor. Though, I don't think many came in with much in terms of money. What sort of compensation are you hoping for if people don't have money?

A valid concern. [A faint, polite smile. There's no trace of recognition on his features.] I'm afraid I'm in a similar position myself, having access to limited funds. As a result, until I am able to acquire gainful employment or a line of credit, it would be difficult to purchase the raw materials for pro bono work. That said, I would not be opposed to bartering goods or services of roughly equivalent value.

In any event, even if an arrangement isn't tenable under present circumstances, certainly, that might change as more of us find ways to make a living, and if anyone would like to place a reservation for a future commission, as it were, I have no objections to such an arrangement.

That said, I am open, if you have any suggestions for alternative practices.
