Test Drive #1

TOGA PARTY: Eros thinks that a party is what's needed to welcome everyone! This event is held on the beach in the Second District and everyone is welcome! Just be sure to wear your toga (HAHA)! There are large silk tents that are filled with pillows for characters to lounge on. There's food (think Greek) and lots to drink! Eros wants everyone to have fun and get to know each other! So eat, drink and mingle!!
NETWORK:Everyone is provided with a communication device that gives them access to an island-wide network. These can be used for so many things! Send pictures of the drunk guy at the bar, your boobs or whatever you want!!
WILDCARD: There are forests, mountains, marketplaces, all sorts of places to go and explore on the island. Ideas for settings can be found on the locations pages!
**TDM threads can be used as your sample in your application! It can also be considered in game canon if it is agreed on by all characters involved in said threads.

The Ensign was quietly assessing everyone around them. The relief she'd felt at spotting the blonde haired trouble maker was palpable. She was sincerely annoyed to be clad in little more than a sheet. What kind of bizarre and history induced nightmare planet was this?
"I would not drink that." The younger woman empathetically commented, eyeing the drink in Jane's hand.

Jane almost chokes on an ice cube. Her eyes are watering when she turns to face Chekov.
"A little too late for that."
She's trying not to look put out to see Chekov, because she's not.
She is.
But she's not.
When it was only her it was only her in this nauseating situation. Now she's internally freaking out because how can she protect Chekov from this? How can she protect her and still make it out of this with their sanity in tact.
"Nice toga."

Why did she always get pulled into Jane Kirk's ridiculousness? It wasn't fair.
"Keptain. We shouldn't be eating or drinking anything that hasn't been scanned. There could be seweral influencing substences." Pasha didn't mean to nag. It simply came naturally to her to live by the rules of Starfleet. Something that didn't come quite as naturally to her Captain.

Jane reaches out and gently flicks the stupid collar around Chekov's neck. "I'd be more worried about this than a cup of water."
She's more worried now about Chekov than both objects combined. Jane's lips twitch as she takes two of the pins out of her own toga. She crouches down and grasps the fabric that was dragging on the ground. She's not unaware that she basically just bared her chest to do this. Bare breasts are less of a hazard than tripping and getting a concussion.
She can knot it back in a minute. "Don't move."

"Well, yes." She commented with a grimace. The collar was definitely worrying her. "But, we should still be cautious. This is all a wery friendly." And friendly normally meant there was an underlying motive. And especially given she had woken up sans clothing and any form of tech on her.

Excuse Jane, what? Her eyes fly up to check out Chekov's expression, because if someone was being "friendly" with her they were going to become very rapidly acquainted with Jane's fist. She carefully rolls and then pins the fabric up above the other girl's ankles and then stands.
She grabs the fabric that was now hanging by two pins at her waist and ties them up behind her neck.

Once Jane was - at least vaguely - modest again Pasha glanced down at her feet with a mumble of thanks. "I can not see any other crew members. At least from my scouting." It was harder to spot them without the bright colours of Starfleet.

This was not a safe situation.
This was the exact opposite of a safe situation.

Chekov was more perceptive than she let on. The Russian raised her eyebrow at Jane. "What do you know about this place that's putting you on edge?" Because if Kirk was on edge, then she needed to know why. Spontaneous hunting parties? Was that why she'd pinned her stupid toga up.; because they needed to run soon? She had seen Jane in real party conditions before. And this wasn't how she acted.
